Garlic Grilled Lamb Chops


6 lamb sirloin chops (1 inch thick)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp Spice Hound garlic granules
3 Tbps honey
2 tsp Spice Hound ground ginger
1/4 tsp Spice Hound yellow mustard powder
1/4 tsp Spice Hound black Tellicherry peppercorns (finely ground)


Trim lamb chops of any excess fat and place in shallow dish.
Combine soy sauce and all other ingredients; stir well.
Pour mixture over lamb chops.
Cover and marinate in refridgerator for 4 to 6 hours.

Remove chops from marinade, reserving liquid.
Grill chops over medium heat and cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.
Remove from grill, let rest for 2 minutes, and then serve.
