Angel Food Cake With Blueberry-Lavender Syrup

1 small store bought angel food cake
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons Spice Hound lavender
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 1/2 cups blueberries

Bring water and sugar to a boil, stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat stir in Lavender, steep for 30 minutes. Strain and discard lavender. Stir in lemon juice and berries. Spoon the mixture over slices of angel food cake.
