Chinese Five Spice Chicken
4 whole bone-in chicken breast, with skin
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Spice Hound Chinese Five Spice Powder
2 teaspoons Spice Hound Garlic Granules
salt and pepper, season to your desire
2 tablespoons olive oil
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Sprinkle with five spice powder, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove chicken from foil and place them in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
