Spicy Grilled Prawns

2 lbs. large prawns
1/2 teaspoon Spice Hound Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon water
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon Spice Hound Cayenne (40 or 90 heat)
1 teaspoon Spice Hound Spanish Paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 large lemon cut into wedges

In a small bowl re-hydrate minced garlic with water; this can set while you clean and de-vein large prawns.
To make a paste, add salt, cayenne and paprika to minced garlic, then slowly whick in olive oil and lemon juice.
Spread paste onto prawns; let set about 5 minutes and you are ready to charcoal grill or broil in the oven.
Grill or broil 3-5 minutes until done.
Cooking time will vary depending on the size of prawns you use.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings.
