1 tsp Spice Hound marjoram
4 Tbsp butter
Juice and grated rind from 1/2 orange
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook carrots in boiling water until just tender, about 4 to 5 minutes, then drain. In a saute pan, melt butter and add carrots, pepper, marjoram, orange rind and juice. Toss over heat for 1 to 2 minutes, salt and pepper to taste and the serve.
