Description:

The preferred to Russian tarragon, the French tarragon has a licorice aroma and tart delicate flavor. Used mostly in French cooking and essential to the "fine herbs" blend along with chives, chervil and parsley. Goes well with seafood, chicken, turkey, game meat, veal and egg dishes.
