Carolian Reaper Chile Flakes

HANDLE WITH CARE!  One of the hottest chiles in the world with a Scoville rating of 1.5-2 million.  That is 5 times hotter than habanero.  Use sparingly.  Bright intense heat with a sweet, fruity, roasted flavor, if you can get pass the intense burning heat.

 CAUTION: Wear gloves while handling chilies. If grinding, avoid inhaling powder and eye & respiratory protection recommended. If eyes burns, flush with water. If skin burns, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical aid.
