Hickory Smoked Salt

This salt was created with flaked sea salt slowly smoked over premium hickory wood. Hickory smoke is an important part of Southern cooking. Wonderful for ribs, burgers, red meat, and poultry. Great as a finishing salt or for roasting or grilling.
