This authentic Fleur de Sel is harvested in the Guérrande region of France. Referred to as the caviar of salts and considered the best sea salt available. Hand harvested from the very top layer of salt ponds and limited quantities are produced. Great for roasting, salads, chicken, red meat, and fish. Best used as a finishing salt and enhances any gourmet meal. For a unique use, try sprinkling some on ice cream, caramels or a rich chocolate cake.
