Paprika (Capsicum annuum) can be found finely ground, varies in color from bright red to russet brown. Widely used for its color and flavor in soups, sauces, vegetables, meat dishes, eggs, cheese and cheese spreads, mayonnaise, and sausages.
Our paprikas are all sweet unless stated otherwise. Spanish paprika is very mild with fruity notes. Used in paella and pairs well with seafood and potatoes.
Hungarian paprika is similar to domestic paprika and they have a chili-ish taste to them. Great for chili stews and barbecue.
Smoked paprika is spanish paprika that has been dry smoked and is nothing like the others because of its smokey notes, tastes more like bbq. Great on eggs, meats or anywhere you want that delicious bbq smoke flavor.
