Our lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is English lavender grown in France. It is suitable for culinary use as well as craft. Our lavender is used in our Herbes de Provence blend. Sold as buds which have the size of a grain of rice and have a pretty deep purple color. Great for desserts like cookies, ice cream as well as meats like beef and lamb. |
