We created a unique blend using expresso coffee as a base. This Paleo-friendly Mexican-inspired rub combines Mexican chiles like ancho, chipotle and guajillo with sublime Guittard cocoa powder and the dark complex flavors of coffee. Great as a dry rub on pork, chicken or beef.
