| Quintessential to Spanish cuisine, nora chiles (Capsicum annuum) has a beautiful dark red hue.  It has a sweet and subtly earthy flavor and very mild heat rating of 500 Scoville (similar to a paprika heat).  It is also called paprika pepper or pimiento choricero. We offer the nora chiles in a crushed red pepper flakes and its easy to use in chorizo sausage, paella, romesco sauce, soups, stews, potatoes, seafood, veggies and chicken. |
